Founded and operated a luxury travel consultancy specializing in destination weddings, honeymoons, and group travel across the Caribbean, Mexico, and major U.S. leisure markets. This work focused on designing end to end guest journeys, coordinating international vendor networks, and managing logistics in high emotion, high stakes environments.
As a certified destination wedding planner for Mexico and the Dominican Republic, and a certified specialist for Las Vegas and Jamaica, I worked directly within tourism boards, resorts, and hospitality partners to translate client vision into executable, culturally informed experiences.
This role required balancing creative vision with operational discipline, including vendor negotiation, itinerary design, client communication, and on the ground problem solving across multiple regions and time zones.
This work predates my formal academic training and reflects an early, practice driven approach to hospitality that continues to inform my strategic perspective today. It shaped my understanding of hospitality as a system where trust, timing, cultural context, and operational clarity determine how experiences are perceived and remembered.
